During my time at Wirecutter, I've led a team of strategists by overseeing our strategy on four social media platforms, including strategy for retail events. This includes designing social creative, writing copy, and distributing content to promote Wirecutter across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
and TikTok. These efforts increased social traffic to the website by 20% YoY, Facebook engagements by 36% YoY, TikTok followers by 12% YoY, and Instagram followers by 40% YoY. In addition, I've overseen the launch and execution of team initiatives, such as audience ambassadors, social creative, and social series.

While co-hosting the Sufficiently Black podcast, I managed the show's social media accounts. At first, I focused on Twitter and Instagram, before solely working on Instagram where I increased our followers by 595% over two months and helped us amass nearly 2M+ views on Reels.

As a one-woman social media team, I managed and developed strategies for six social media platforms while at The Week. My efforts increased our Instagram followers by 90% and established our presence on Reddit, which drove 1M+ sessions to the site. While there I also spearheaded community efforts by launching an events-driven Facebook group and various audience-first campaigns.
